Shipping policy

Processing Time
Since every product is printed specifically for you after you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before it is dispatched.

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout based on your order value and location.

Payment Methods
Currently, we only accept prepaid orders (online payment). Cash on Delivery (COD) is temporarily unavailable and will be introduced starting next year.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can track your package in real time.

Delayed Deliveries
If your order is not attempted for delivery within 15 days (Air shipping) or 20 days (Surface shipping), we will inform you and either reship the product or process a refund.

Undelivered/RTO Orders
If a courier is unable to deliver an order due to reasons such as an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or unserviceable pincode, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, including the pincode, is complete and accurate at checkout. Takizu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
